In one-to-one counselling, we work together in a safe, confidential space to explore whatever’s weighing you down- whether it’s stress, anxiety, low mood, or self-esteem.

I practice solution-focused therapy to help you identify what’s holding you back, challenge self defeating thought patterns, and start building the confidence to move forward.

This is practical, focused therapy- designed to help you take action and feel more in control of your life.

£50 per session (50 minutes)

 

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy helps you access the power of your subconscious mind to create lasting, positive change.

Using focused relaxation and proven techniques, we work together to shift patterns that may be holding you back-whether that’s anxiety, stress, habits, or self-doubt. It’s a safe, natural approach that delivers results.

£80 per session (50 minutes)

 

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a gentle, holistic treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Using five tiny needles in each ear, this method helps restore balance, calm the nervous system, and channel positive energy (Chi) throughout the body.

It’s effective for reducing stress, easing tension, and supporting overall emotional and physical wellbeing.

These interactive workshops are built to give you real tools that help manage stress, build resilience, and support your mental wellbeing.

I’ve delivered sessions for both small groups and large organisations- covering topics like emotional regulation, confidence, and mind management techniques that actually work.
